Dima is the owner of Soccer Shots Boston and Southeast Massachusetts, as well as a lifelong soccer enthusiast. Originally from Ukraine, he has been passionate about soccer since early childhood. He holds a master’s degree in coaching and played professionally in Ukraine. After moving to the United States 11 years ago, Dima dedicated himself to his coaching career, starting Soccer Shots programs in Houston, TX, and successfully expanding them to other areas of Texas and Louisiana. Now, he’s thrilled to bring his passion for the game to children in Massachusetts. Outside of soccer, Dima enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and embracing new experiences.

Elina leads the communications strategy at Soccer Shots Boston, ensuring clear, effective communication between our team, partner organizations, and the families we serve. With a focus on building strong relationships, she manages outreach to schools, community centers, and parents to keep everyone informed and engaged. Her passion for fostering meaningful connections is matched by her dedication to making the Soccer Shots experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for all involved.

Khy has been a lifelong resident of Taunton, Massachusetts, where her love for soccer began at a young age. Fun fact: her town's travel soccer team placed third in the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions! Khy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Throughout her life, she has taken on roles caring for siblings and babysitting family members. Khy joined Soccer Shots Boston as a coach at the beginning of 2024 and quickly made an impact. By August 2024, shortly after graduating, she began building Soccer Shots territories in Southeast Massachusetts, with the goal of bringing the program to her hometown and the surrounding communities. In her free time, Khy enjoys spending time with her two dogs, crocheting, and being with friends and family.

With a lifelong passion for soccer and a diverse background in both sports camps and the medical field, Coach Izzy brings a wealth of experience to Soccer Shots. Combining her love for the game with her dedication to working with children, she creates an engaging and supportive environment for young players. Coach Izzy’s favorite part of being on the Soccer Shots team is witnessing the growth of each child—helping them build confidence and discover the pure joy of playing soccer.

Is a senior at Stonehill College, studying History and Spanish, a language she speaks fluently. Growing up in Weymouth, MA, she played soccer and flag football in town leagues, where her father coached both her and her older brother. His guidance not only shaped her skills but also instilled a deep appreciation for coaching and teamwork. In high school, she developed a passion for volleyball, which she continues to pursue as a player and coach for her college’s club team. Since joining Soccer Shots in March 2024, Coach Rachel has thrived in building meaningful connections with young players, their families, and fellow coaches. Known for her enthusiasm and dedication, she cherishes the chance to be one of the first coaches in a child’s life. Her goal is to create an environment where children feel inspired, confident, and excited to play soccer, understanding the lasting impact a coach can have on young lives.

Since joining Soccer Shots in July 2024, Coach Anya has brought her passion for working with children to every session. A lifelong lover of soccer, Anya’s early experiences playing the game inspire her to share its joy with the next generation. Currently pursuing a degree in nursing with aspirations to become a pediatric nurse, Anya is deeply committed to helping children grow and thrive. She takes pride in creating a positive, fun-filled environment where young players can build skills, confidence, and a love for the game. Anya’s favorite part of coaching is witnessing the excitement on children’s faces as they master new techniques and gain confidence both on and off the field. With her blend of childcare experience and enthusiasm for teaching, Coach Anya is dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential.

She has loved soccer for as long as he can remember. From playing in high school to competing at the collegiate level at Endicott, the game has shaped his journey in countless ways. Now, as a dedicated coach and mentor, Alex takes pride in guiding young athletes to discover their potential and passion for the sport. For him, coaching isn’t just about teaching skills—it’s about inspiring joy, building confidence, and creating a positive, fun environment where every player can thrive both on and off the field.

Coach Kobey’s journey is as vibrant and dynamic as his personality. Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Kobey carries the rich cultural influences of his Jamaican heritage into everything he does. Although he’s a multi-sport athlete, soccer holds a special place in his heart—a passion that first ignited during his high school years. Since joining Soccer Shots, Kobey has discovered some of the most fulfilling experiences of his life. Coaching young athletes and being part of a team of dedicated, like-minded coaches has brought him immense joy and purpose. He loves inspiring the next generation, helping kids develop not only their soccer skills but also their confidence, teamwork, and love for the game.
