Rebekah is a 2008 graduate of Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA, where she played soccer and majored in Elementary Education/Special Education. As a member of the women’s soccer team, Rebekah earned PSAC 2nd team all-conference for the 06 and 07 season as well as being a scholar athlete throughout her career. Prior to being a Soccer Shots owner, Rebekah taught 4 years as a Special Education teacher in Johnstown, PA. Additionally, Rebekah was the head coach for the girl’s soccer team at Bishop McCort High School (2009-2016); leading the team to a District 6 championship her first season. Rebekah resides in Windber, PA with her husband Bill and their sons, Sebastian and Gideon.
Coach T is a 2012 Graduate of Greater Johnstown High School. She is the former Varsity Boys Soccer Coach of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic School (2009-2013) where she led the former Rebels to 3 championship titles. She was also the assistant varsity girls' soccer coach at Greater Johnstown High School (2012-2017) Coach T has been a part of the Soccer Shots Laurel Highlands family since January of 2016. She plays many roles for our Soccer Shots Laurel Highlands team such as director and program coordinator, head of coaches, and handles our everyday operations, while also coaching most childcare centers. When she is not on Soccer Island, or scheduling our upcoming seasons, you can find Coach T at her home in Richland with her husband Zack, and two sons Bowen and Brooks.
