Hi! I’m Steve, I was born and raised in Mishawaka. Soccer has been a continuous life journey for me. I played at Bethel College, coached at Penn High School and also coached at Bethel University. In addition to coaching high school and college soccer, I have several years coaching local club teams and ODP. I spent 10 years in an elementary gymnasium teaching Phys. Ed, before bringing Soccer Shots to Northern Indiana in 2012. I live in Osceola with my amazing wife, Erica, daughter, Harper, and son, Hudson.

Hi! I’m Taylor. I grew up in Dayton, Ohio and have lived in Indiana for the past 15 years. I enjoy playing soccer, listening to music, reading, and taking walks outdoors. It is a delight to have the opportunity to combine my love for soccer with my passion for providing children a positive and safe place to learn and grow. Nice to meet you!

Hi, I'm Coach John and I am from Elkhart, Indiana. My journey with soccer began when I was 4 years old, and that early passion led me to play at Tiffin University and the University of St. Francis, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. After graduating, I spent two years in Nashville, TN, before the desire to be closer to family brought me back to Elkhart. That's when I discovered Soccer Shots! I'm passionate about inspiring and encouraging children through the beautiful game of soccer.

Hi, I’m coach Isaiah (Zay) and i’m originally from Shelby, Michigan. I have been playing soccer since I was 2 years old. I’ve played soccer for 2 different high schools and won State championship’s. My whole life I always loved soccer. For college i went to Grace Christian University to play soccer and went back to back being National Finalists. I moved to Indiana summer of 2024 to pursue my dream of playing semi-pro soccer and coaching ! I’m excited to be with “Soccer Shots” to inspire and have a great learning experience with every young soccer player!

Hi, I’m Coach Sam and I'm originally from Spring Arbor, Michigan. I have played soccer since I was 4 years old. My passion for soccer and sports in general sent me to Huntington University where I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports and Recreation Ministry. When I graduated from Huntington I moved down to Panama City, FL for 7 years. Family brought me back to Fort Wayne where I found Soccer Shots! I love getting to use both my passion for inspiring young children and my passion for the game of soccer every day!

Hi, my name is Gabriel, but you can call me “Gabe!” I grew up in Brazil for most of my childhood, and I now reside in Elkhart. I love all sports, including soccer, football, volleyball, and baseball. I also love music, singing, and playing the piano/guitar. It’s a true honor to combine one of my biggest passions in soccer with the chance to teach and build that passion to children. Wonderful to meet you!

Hi, my name is Joseph! My favorite board game is monopoly. I grew up in Elkhart, Indiana for most of my life. I’m excited to teach soccer, but most importantly have fun with the kids!

Hey I’m Bri! I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, IL, and moved to Indiana after graduating from college, where I played collegiate soccer. I love playing soccer, reading, taking my dog “Loki” for walks, and hanging out with family/friends. I really enjoy being able to teach the lessons I learned from soccer to children in a safe and fun environment. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hi! My name is Jamie and I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. I recently moved to the area to earn my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at IU South Bend. Prior to graduate school, I completed my undergraduate at Northern Kentucky University, where I also played on their women’s soccer team. I am grateful that Soccer Shots enables me to share my love for soccer with children while helping them grow as people, too!

Hi I’m Owen Green. I have lived in Indiana my whole life and have been playing soccer since I was in kindergarten! Now I am 18 years old and a senior in high school and play soccer at Granger Christian School. I love being able to coach young players and help them grow in their skills and knowledge of the game!

Hello! My name is Nyah and I am 22 years old. I grew up in Elkhart, Indiana and it has been my hometown for most of my life. I recently graduated from Purdue University with my Bachelors of Science. My major was Kinesiology and I minored in human development and family science. My goal is to save up before returning to school and earning my DPT (doctor of physical therapy) title. I have always enjoyed being around little kids, there is something so pure and down-to-earth about them. Growing up I played club soccer along with a few other sports, so when the opportunity to coach came around I gladly applied. I found Soccer Shots on a job posting online and thought that it would not only be a great fit for my personality but also bring me joy to go to work. Knowing that these kids look up to me and call me coach Nyah, gives me the motivation to ensure each session is memorable and fun!
