The Owner of Soccer Shots, DCO/MGY/CHE/BER, PA is Cesidio Colasante. CC played collegiately at LaSalle University, earning All-American honors his senior year. After graduating CC went on to play pro soccer with the Philadelphia Kixx for 4 years. He also has extensive coaching experience with kids and was the director of the Hockessin Soccer Club in Western Delaware (now DEFC) for 3 years. CC has been a franchise owner of Soccer Shots since 2006.

The Executive Director of Soccer Shots, DCO/MGY/CHE/BER, PA is Rock Ward. Rock graduated from Swarthmore College in 2017' with degrees in Political Science and Education. Rock, an elected Senior Senator at Swarthmore, is a Phillip Evan's Scholar and Coca-Cola National Scholar, and coordinated Swarthmore's Learning for Life Program. He has extensive soccer coaching experience with a variety of organizations, such as, Soccer For Success, Chester City United, and Nether/1776 United Soccer Club. He has been with Soccer Shots since 2018.

James, hails from England, and serves as the Director at Soccer Shots DCO.MGY/CHE/BER, PA. Since his arrival in the US in 2008, James has been deeply entrenched in the world of soccer, working with several youth clubs and soccer organizations. James's journey includes stints as a Director of Coaching, varsity high school coach, and academy coach with the prestigious Philadelphia Union. His commitment to excellence and passion for nurturing talent have been the driving forces behind his success. James brings a wealth of experience spanning over a decade with Soccer Shots. James has worked in various roles within the Soccer Shots organization working as a coach, account manager, director and now oversees all account management and sales as Director of Business Development. Since 2014, James has been an integral part of the Soccer Shots team, where his expertise and dedication continue to elevate the organization's standards and impact. With a relentless pursuit of excellence, James embodies the spirit of Soccer Shots, continually serving our school and community partners with excellent customer service. James has shaped the lives of thousands of young children and inspires future generations.

Kelly Carroll is a Program Director at Soccer Shots, DCO/MGY/CHE/BER, PA. Kelly graduated with honors from West Chester University in 2019. She has experience working with children through volunteering hours with various school activities, part-time daycare roles, and coaching. Kelly began working with Soccer Shots in 2018 as an intern while finishing up her degree at WCU and joined Soccer Shots full-time in 2019 upon graduation.

Sarah Lieberman, is a Program Director at Soccer Shots, DCO/MGY/CHE/BER, PA. She is a driven professional with a strong foundation in business management and marketing. Sarah earned her Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University, graduating with honors and completing a double major. Sarah has a passion for coaching and mentoring and has dedicated several years to coaching at her home church's soccer league and three years coaching at a soccer camp. Through these experiences, Sarah has developed strong leadership and communication skills, which she brings to her role at Soccer Shots. In addition to her coaching experience, Sarah has a background in retail management. As a former manager at American Eagle, she was responsible for creating staff schedules and ensuring efficient operations. Since 2022, Sarah has been an integral part of the Soccer Shots team, leading coach communication, scheduling, and managing day to day operations.

Sondra holds a Child Development degree from Rasmussen University and a Medical Assistant Diploma from Dawn Career Institute. With a lifelong passion for working with children, she began her journey at the age of 11 and has since accumulated extensive experience in various roles. Sondra’s background includes coaching soccer for the King of Prussia Soccer Club, teaching preschool for five years, and providing adaptive physical education at Gulph Elementary School for neurodivergent children. Additionally, Sondra has served as a nanny for several years. Since January 2022, Sondra has brought her wealth of experience and dedication to Soccer Shots and continues to make a positive impact on the development of young children in the communities we serve.

Marina Morton is a Program Director at Soccer Shots, DCO/MGY/CHE/BER, PA. Marina graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies. Marina co-founded Dickinson’s Free xChange which created an inclusive and equitable space for the exchange of secondhand clothing and accessories. She has soccer coaching experience with Greater Chester Valley Soccer Association and Main Line Soccer. She has been with Soccer Shots since 2018.

Madison Crossley is a Coordinator at Soccer Shots, DCO/MGY/CHE/BER, PA. Madison graduated from Neumann University in 2023 with degrees in Marketing and Sports Management. She played colligate soccer all 4 years at Neumann and even had the opportunity to work for the Philadelphia Union, where she coached summer camps for a MASL team named the Baltimore Blast. Madison has been with Soccer Shots since 2023.

Adam Childers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State University. During his high school years, Adam excelled in soccer, earning the honor of 1st team all-District and winning the Varsity Soccer Team MVP award in his senior year. With a passion for soccer, Adam has coached his son and daughter in the sport and played college soccer for two years at Penn State Altoona. In 2024, Adam joined Soccer Shots, bringing his experience and love for the game to his work. Off the field, Adam's favorite Premier League team is Chelsea FC. Adam brings over 10 years of sales experience across various industries, including hospitality (Ecolab), beverage (Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits, Middlecoast Brewing Company), and real estate (Entourage Elite Realty).

Leigh Ann Judge joined Soccer Shots in 2022 as a part-time coach with a strong background in marketing and a passion for sports. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as well as a Master's degree in Sports Marketing and Promotions from Temple University. Since 2022, Leigh Ann has been a valuable member of the Soccer Shots team, bringing her joy of coaching soccer to thousands of children in the Soccer Shots communities we serve. Prior to joining Soccer Shots, Leigh Ann volunteered at summer camps, dedicating her time to youth development and community engagement. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Leigh Ann has a personal interest in sports, having played soccer for 10 years.

Grace holds a degree in Sports and Recreation Management with a minor in Event Management from Temple University (2022). With a robust foundation in sports and recreation, Grace bring seven years of experience as a sports counselor and supervisor, along with two years of coaching a 12u softball team. In 2024, Grace joined Soccer Shots, and is applying her passion for sports and youth development to positively impact the development of young children.

Kim brings a diverse background to her role at Soccer Shots. With degrees from the Community College of Philadelphia and Temple University, she holds certifications as an HR Certification (SHRM) and has earned a Guest Experience Award. Kim has extensive experience with children, teaching Acting for TV and Video at a Villanova camp, and contributing to renowned institutions like Disney, the Franklin Institute, Please Touch Museum, and the Philadelphia Zoo. Since August 2023, Kim has been a coach in our community programs and assists as a Part-Time Program Support Administrator involved in coach orientations and customer service.

Katie graduated with honors from West Chester University in 2023, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Athletic Training. Katie's journey in sports medicine has taken her to local organizations such as The Philadelphia Union and the Philadelphia Union Academy Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Programs, where she honed her skills and expertise. Her passion for athletic training led her to conduct IMPACT testing and evaluations for student athletes at West Point in the summer of 2023. Since 2024, Katie has been an invaluable member of the Soccer Shots team, where she brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to positively impact the development of young children in our Soccer Shots communities we serve. With her expertise and dedication, Katie continues to uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism in her role.
